Toothpaste is a kind of oral chemical products,its production process and other shampoo products are similar but also different,because the toothpaste is required to enter the mouth,so it can eat,this requires it to use food-grade Equipment and chemical raw materials,all the properties of the product need to meet the food grade standards.Over the years,China's oral cleaning Production maintains a relatively rapid development.The quality of the product in a first-class level,the industry's integration and product innovation speed are also accelerating quickly.With the diversification of the market and the development of personalized consumption,product development of personalization requirement is much faster,that makes this industry competition much more drastic.In the fierce competition environment,it needs the efficiency of production higher and higher.The toothpaste production automation also raises the higher requirements in this requirement.This thesis analyzes the production process of toothpaste firstly,according to the characteristics of each process to design the automated control system which can meet production requirement.The system design ideas are:the ERP guide toothpaste production information,system receives the production information and calls the preset recipe information for production.The system according to the steps of the formula to control the equipment to fill the material;scale material;mix material and heating automatically and so on.System also guides the relevant operator according to the raw materials of toothpaste to check material to prevent the wrong material and other quality accidents.The system saves the production status data and the process data automatically in the production process,and can generate various reports to facilitate the production management personnel to track the data.Considering system's scalability and flexibility,the system uses the structure of the data center.Use Vmware virtual machine platform to integrate the entire operating system server and Wonderware system platform to virtualize the entire production.The PLC part uses Rockwell's AB RSLogix controller to meet the system's sufficient processing capacity.System uses Device Net,EntherNet Ip,ControlNet,Profibus and RIO international common Protocal and so on.The main discussion of thesis is the communication between control system and SAP ERP;How to design Wonderware system platform;How to communicate between Wonderware and the PLC;How to communicate between the PLC;PLC how to control the production equipment accrossing the control field bus,how to manage the operation interface accrossing to the ThinManager remote control Technology and so on.Finally,thesis points out the existing problems of this system and the part of improvement,and that will be a reference for future research.
