Nowadays, industrial production is still in the development stage in our country, occupies a leading position in the national economy. Industrial mill building is the foundation and the most important software of producing. The exist state of industrial building has a direct impact on the production efficiency and stability. With the development of our country urbanization to accelerate the speed and the continuous adjustment of industrial structure to improve and perfect, a large number of city is located in the suburb area of industrial plants constantly close to center city areaenlarged, while the industrial building and construction around the city of contrast,but also cause new pollution, so they face demolition or relocation. In order to reduce the pollution to the environment, and save a lot of new cost,there are more and more concrete industrial plants to be relocateed, reinforced and remolded. Therefore, has the important theoretical and practical significance for technical and economic transformation of the relocation of industrial workshop monolayer concrete bent frame analysis.The relocation, reinforcement and reuse of old buildings have many advantages, such as quick and easy construction, less pollution and considerate economic benefits. In this paper, combined with engineering cases, the analysis method of combining theory and practice of concrete bent on technical and economic analysis of industrial plant. 1.A method for reliability evaluation of industrial plant are introduced and an example of evaluation; 2.Using the dynamic weighted method proposed industrial plant body member can use comprehensive evaluation to verify the technical feasibility and verified by engineering examples; 3. Analysis of the monolayer bent industrial plant relocation reinforcement process renovation and reinforcement method; 4. Based on fuzzy mathematics model, a comprehensive evaluation of the feasibility of the relocation of industrial plants is carried out, and the engineering examples are verified.
