With the diaphragm wall in the basic construction of the extensive application of foundation construction the hydromill in the position occupied buildings are rising.The hydromill as a diaphragm wall construction equipment,trench construction high efficiency,slotted rule,the vertical accuracy,impermeability,safety and environmental protection,is carried out under conditions of continuous complex rock stratum construction device of choice.This paper introduces the hydromill works and trenching,in contrast to a variety of mechanical properties of diaphragm wall construction,based on the analysis of the hydromill advantages continuous wall construction,and proposed the necessity of the hydromills lies.In this paper,the structural composition of milling device,made a comprehensive comparison with the actual parameters,using AMESim software analyzes the milling characteristics of the hydraulic system,the hydraulic system for milling all the key circuit modeling and simulation analysis:(1)The hydromill's milling wheel device is the key working parts,and its performance has a direct impact on the performance of the hydromill.For milling wheel hydraulic system were analyzed to establish the simulation model,in varying load conditions,do multiple sets of simulation comparison,correlation curves obtained,to improve the system power efficiency has a certain role in promoting.(2)Correction system for precision the hydromill into a trough great influence.The hydromill on corrective cylinder force to analyze the situation on the basis of calculations,based on the hydraulic system principle,a simulation model of the X-X axis correction done a simulation analysis.Institutions for the correction system,hydraulic,electrical control system design and hydromill commissioning construction work provided relevant reference.(3)The hydromill's winch system is the key milling apparatus rapid feed and automatic retraction function.Hydraulic winch system action based on the principle,established a systematic balance valve model and related performance tests carried out to verify the correctness of the balance valve model.On this basis,the establishment of a hydraulic winch system model,combined with the actual construction situation analysis,the pump-motor with load variation curve.
