Research On Evaluation Method For Green Construction Of Rural Houses

The scale of rural houses construction is increasing and building quality is improving in China, in the practice of development of green building, it cannot rely only on city buildings to reduce the consumption of resources and energy, and must adopt suitable measures to improve green level of rural houses. During the construction phase a lot of energy and resources have been consumed, it is significant for rural areas to develop green building that rural houses constructed in green ways. An evaluation method for green construction of rural houses is aimed to study in the thesis.Based on characteristic analysis for green construction of rural houses and methods of green construction evaluation standards, the thesis analyzes whether the related evaluation provision is adaptable in green construction assessment of rural houses from environmental protection, material-saving, water-saving, land-saving, energy-saving and construction management. Reference to Japanese CASBEE assessment system, the thesis divides the evaluation provision into the level of construction management and environmental load in the construction process, and builds an evaluation indicator system for green construction of rural houses.Based on Analytic Hierarchy Process, it calculates evaluation indicator weight coefficient, and introduces the method of scoring and results calculation for green construction of rural houses. It introduces “Green Degree of Construction” to reflect the level for green construction of rural houses, and describes how to use the M-L two-dimensional assessment chart to analyze the results of evaluation.The evaluation process for green construction of rural houses is proposed and the level of green construction for a new rural house is evaluated in the thesis. The “Green Degree of Construction” of the house is calculated and come to the result that the level of green construction is good through the M-L two-dimensional assessment chart. The thesis analyzes the evaluation results and proposed evaluation opinions.
