Special-shaped Tube Cleaning Andcleanliness Testing Technology Research

Special-shaped tubes are a kind of complex shape parts with a huge number on the aircraft.They are used in the aircraft hydraulic transmission and control system,fuel system,gas supply system,etc.They are important parts of aircraft^[1].Residual contaminants in tubes have a huge impact on the aircraft’s life,reliability,and other key performance indicators.However,the application level of cleaning technology in domestic cleaning area is relatively low,and there is a lack of integrated,automated high-cleaning cleaning equipment.The use of semi-manual cleaning methods is inefficient in actual production.In addition,the cleanliness detection method of tube is backward,and there is no real-time detection method for tube cleanliness.The detection of the cleanliness of the workpiece during production often lags behind the cleaning of the workpiece,which may cause rework to the production,and it is difficult to perform a full-scale inspection of the workpiece,so the reliability of the tube cleanliness is low.This topic proposes a tube cleaning solution and design a cleaning equipment according to the characteristics of aviation tubes and their high cleanliness requirements as well as the needs of domestic companies.In order to solve the problem of backwardness of tubes cleaning technology,a combination cleaning process including ultrasonic cleaning technology,jet cleaning technology,hot air drying and vacuum drying technology is proposed;using CATIA to perform overall and structural 3D design of tube cleaning equipment;some related equipment are selected and checked.In order to solve the problem of difficulty in tube cleanliness detection,we study the current cleanliness testing method,and explore feasible cleanliness testing method based on the existing cleanliness testing technology and tube cleaning equipment.A cleanliness real-time detection scheme is proposed to characterize the cleanliness of the tube by detecting the cleanness of the cleaning fluid;the feasibility of the detection method is verified by simulation experiments.
