Study On The Coordination Of Qingdao Industrial Heritage Evaluation And Reuse Strategy Under AHP

Along with the progress of society and the continuous development of the city, many old industrial cities’ factories,like Qingdao’s,start to relocate from city to suburb. Therefore, a large number of old empty industrial factories are faced with the problem in protection and regeneration. However, large industrial heritages still appeared serious failure in protection and regeneration after consuming enormous human and financial resources. Through research, the author found it is the contradiction between the assessment of the value and the protection and regeneration of industrial heritage is one of the main reasons for the failure in Qingdao. Afer deeply discussing manifestations and causes of the coordination problems between the value assessment and the protection and regeneration,the article proposes one way to solute the problems by establishing a complete evaluation system of the value assessment and protection and regeneration for Qingdao industrial heritage on the basis of AHP,so as to provide scientific guidance for the protection and regeneration of industrial construction heritage.The main content of this article is contradiction between the assessment of the value and the protection and regeneration of the construction industrial heritages in Qingdao. The concrete research content is as follows:First of all, research on the correlation theory of the coordination of the value assessment and the protection and regeneration at home and abroad and analyze and sum up the successful experience and shortcomings to put forward the prospect of the new coordination theory.Secondly, find out three manifestations and causes of the coordination problems between the value assessment and the protection and regeneration based on the examples of protection and regeneration of Qingdao industrial heritage. Then put forward the solution ideas to the coordination problems.Thirdly, this paper introduces the content of the theory of Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP), parse it for adaptive to solve the problem of Qingdao industrial heritage coordination.Finally, establish a complete evaluation system of the value assessment and protection and regeneration for Qingdao industrial heritage on the basis of AHP(containing the value evaluation system and the plan of protection and regeneration evaluation system). The evaluation system includes of the content structure and implementation steps. And this section makes experimental evaluation by using several Qingdao local examples.This paper argues that it is necessary to solve the coordination problems between the value assessment and the protection and regeneration if it desires to carry out a reasonable protection and regeneration of the industrial heritage in Qingdao. And guarantee the accuracy of value evaluation and the close relationship between it and the protection and regeneration is the key to solve this problem. The Qingdao industrial heritage value assessment and protection and regeneration system based on AHP put forward in this paper can adequately solve the coordination problems of the value evaluation and protection and regeneration of industrial heritage in Qingdao.
