| In order to improve the project’s success rate and enhance the enterprises’ competitiveness in the market, we should fi nd a platfor m and method dealing with various risks in project to solve the problem that is under the limited ti me and limi ted resources to complete a challenging target. On the basis of respective introducing of project management and visual management, this paper studies the project visual board which can track the project progress ti mel y and promote the project execution. Project visual board is a method of visual management applied in the project management. To some extent, this method can reduce the project manager’s daily management work and fully arouse the members’ enthusiasm. This paper has a detailed discussion on the project visual board modules, such as stand- up meeting, two weeks plan meeting, action list, and also expounds the functions of all the modules and the relationship among the vario us modules. Through the survey we find that the project visual board can enhance team coordination and communication efficiency, strengthen team commi tment, si mplify planning process, provide a mechanism for getti ng help quickl y(fast reaction to deviation). This method also can shorten the project period, reduce the project risk and the phenomenon of resource contention because it can emphasize critical path and value-added activity considerations, and it can allow for real-time reallocation of resources and provide a complete,systematic and integrated method for workflow management. Project visual board is an effective and open i nfor mation processing center. Anyone incl uding senior leaders and customers can know the current state of the project easily. The project visual board making the content of the work, the schedule of the work, the efficiency of the work visual, can i mprove and balance the activities of project management, improve the project performance,and then promotes project success, enhances the competitive ability of enterprise. |
