In the power grid in daily work,accidents such as voltage and current is too large,or the harmonic affects the stability of the intelligent power grid work and the safety of users to use,serious when cause huge impact to personnel safety and social construction.So in a timely manner to collect the user of electricity information is very important.However,traditional watt-hour meter in the measurement accuracy is low,the data acquisition cycle is very long,cable transmission and the shortcoming of single function,so it can‘t guarantee that the smart grid,high efficiency,stable operation and the safety of the residential electricity.This article in view of the traditional household watt-hour meter can't measure a variety of electrical data and real-time monitoring of the status quo of user of electricity information,relying on the changchun city technology bureau "intelligent building information integration based on Internet of things key technology research and application platform construction" project,designed a smart meters of remote monitoring function.In this paper,design of smart meters is made up of four parts,respectively for electric energy acquisition front-end,main controller,wireless transmission module and PC management system.Electric energy acquisition front-end using MAXQ3180 as the core of the multi-function acquisition circuit.Through the study of the characteristics of MAXQ3180 which can be directly measured three phase alternating current(ac)and the calculation of power factor and harmonic coefficient,put forward using partial pressure resistive voltage sampling circuit,CT(current transformer)current of the circuit collection.Main controller adopts C8051F020 as the core of control circuit using the SPI bus communication with MAXQ3180,by analyzing the SPI bus communication rules and communication in MAXQ3180 baud rate Settings,design a reasonable hardware connection circuit and the software communication process to complete a variety of electrical data collection.At the same time,through the GPRS wireless communication technology will upload electrical data to the PCmanagement system of power department.PC management system uses java webservice technology and back-end technology is designed simple and easy to use interactive interface and database,at last,through the JSP to display the electrical data,to facilitate real-time query and research users and staff.Multifunction system uses electrical energy acquisition module,SOC single-chip,GPRS technology,webservice java technology and background to achieve a diverse and remote data transmission function of the energy data collection.In this paper,design of intelligent electric meter has the collection period is short,low power consumption,stable operation and other characteristics,solved the economic consequences of the artificial meter reading,work efficiency,lay the foundations for the electric meter collection of network and information technology.
