Project schedule control and project cost control is an important part of the project management process, the level of management, directly determines whether the project can be completed and directly affect the economic benefits of the enterprise. In recent years, M company as a leading enterprise in the field of LED lighting in Henan province has a rapid development. However, with the continuous development of M company in the field of LED lighting, the business scope is more and more big, the project is gradually increasing, the current project management level of M company has been unable to meet the needs of business development. Project schedule control and project cost control problems are highlighted, the construction schedule control based on the preparation, the lack of flexibility in the construction schedule, project cost estimates and the lack of scientific and other issues. How to effectively control the progress and cost control of construction projects is an urgent problem to be solved by M company.On the basis of collecting and arranging a large number of documents, this paper takes the project management theory as the theoretical basis, and learns lessons from the successful practice of the project schedule and cost control. First, through the M company survey and engineering construction project management present situation analysis, reveals that the company in the project management of the project schedule control and project cost control. Secondly, using the WBS working method, we constructed the WBS work breakdown structure of the M engineering construction project. Using the critical path method, drawing the engineering construction project network diagram. The M company project construction project schedule control network planning technology and schedule control optimization strategy. And then, the development of the project cost plan, the M engineering construction project to earn the value analysis, M company project cost optimization strategy. Finally, taking the Zhengzhou green lighting project as an example, the proposed method is applicable to the project management of M company. The applicability and effectiveness of the proposed method are checked.The main features and innovations of this paper are:1. Using WBS to work the decomposition method and the key path method, the paper establishes the M company's engineering construction project WBS work breakdown structure and schedule control strategy; 2.Using the earned value method, the development of engineering construction project cost plan, M company project cost optimization strategy;3. Zhengzhou city green lighting project as an example, the M company project construction project schedule control and cost control strategy. The research of this paper not only provides a set of operable engineering construction project schedule control and cost control strategy, but also provides the theoretical basis and analysis methods for the progress control and cost control of the construction projects of the same kind of engineering projects.
