In recent years, with the rapid development of China's construction industry, it had a great and far-reaching impact on the national economy and played a positive role on the development of related industries. It also improved the individuals' living standards and conditions. Architectural engineering is the industry that has a high density labor and high-tech complex. In the past decade, the construction project management model is almost extensive and the pursued the speed of construction. It often leaded to negligence of the quality and resource utilization. The current project management is required to reform. Construction industry exists a common problem: low productivity, errors, beyond the plan period, social impressions and high accident rates. Project construction is far below productivity of other industries. In recent years, because national macroeconomic regulation and control have adjusted the construction industry, the overall industry has gradually stabilized. But the previous management mode taken by many construction companies not only will make the engineering waste a lot of labor and materials, but also will have produced a hazard influence on development of the construction industry.Therefore, in order to better enable construction industry healthy, low-waste, high efficiency and high sustainable development, this article has in-depth analysis on based lean mode of project management.so construction companies can manage projects more efficiently, reduce inefficient engineering activities and the waste of resources and industry phenomenon. Stab le project management is the intrinsic motivation of the better development of construction industry.On the basis of summarizing the previous lean thinking and lean construction theory, which this article give full consideration to the factor of complexity of technology, long-term project cycle, the quality of the labor force, build lean mode of engineering project management system based on lean construction ability, lean procurement ability, lean organization ability and lean cooperative ability. This article adopt fuzzy analytic network process(FANP) to analysis in deep the correlation of the index in lean project management index system and overcome the imprecise information in the index system, so as to make the results more close to the actual situation of the project management. This article will put forward specific measures to improve the lean ability of project management.
