The Research Of Project Quality Management Model Based On Lean Construction

In the traditional quality management, because of the imperfect managementsystem，lack quality awareness of the employee and low quality employees, themodels which rely on the post-inspection, sampling ways has affect the level ofquality management of construction projects, which will restrict the development ofthe construction industry. Now, It has been recognized that must have a new projectquality management model to change the quality of management status. Leanconstruction,which coming from the manufacturing has been shown to be able toeffectively improve the construction quality of the project management level andpromote the development of the construction industry. Therefore, lean constructionproject quality management has become an important research direction.Firstly, this article analyze the the meaning of the lean construction and leanconstruction project quality management process，and then analyze the the necessityand feasibility of the project implementation of lean construction based on theanalysis of the current situation and problems of the traditional construction projectquality management. On this basis, a framework of projec quality managementmodel based on lean construction was provided. Then this article analyze the valueof construction projects; build the construction of information-sharing platform;using game to analyze the total package of sub-companies, labor subcontractingcompanies and construction workers; Lean construction techniques, lean masscultural construction, lean cost of quality control and total quality management tothe executive level are described; Finally, lean construction quality managementwere simulated and analyzed on an actual case, and on this basis, propose the indexsystem, and running effect evaluation of the quality management of the project byusing hierarchy gray comprehensive evaluation method.This study provide a new way of thinking to construction project qualitymanagement model, also can promote the further application of the leanconstruction in the construction industry.
