So decision- making on partly improving the seismic performance of rural construction in China on fully promoting the enthusiasm, leading to reasonable allocation of limited resources, promoting the popularity of reinforcement of rural buildings become an urgent problem.According to this demand, this article is written, basing on the existing domestic and foreign research literature, analyzing different phenomenon of all kinds of rural buildings effected by earthquakes with different intensity, calculating the coefficient of seismic performance of all kinds of rural buildings:γRC structure>γMCstructure >γMWstructure >γTrstructure.Then, taking SPSS20.0 system as tool, analyzing the influence of the factors about economy,geography, education, earthquake frequency on the ratio of every kind of rural buildings in every inland province, on the whole,got the conclusion that improvement of the level of economic development, education level are the main factors affecting the improvement of the seismic performance of rural buildings.Thirdly, based on the classification of masonry structure and traditional structure, according to the trend of maso nry structure and traditional structure, the strategy given is that the strengthening of rural building should focus on the frame aiding by the strengthening of other parts of the building.Finally, According to "CR hope town" project, give the strategy that the management department should permit the introduction of social capital to the strengthening of rural buildings to provide financial support to realize the win- win situation. |
