Research On Program Management Of Three-in-One Navigation Receiver Development Of TOEC

With maritime traffic becoming busy and maritime weather complex, navigation receiver with AIS, NAVTEX and FAX has been become navigator‘s right hand. At present, the market potential of three-in-one navigation receiver is very huge in China. To gain competitive edge and expand business, three-in-one navigation receiver development program was researched in Tianjin Optics and Electronic Co.Ltd.Three-in-one navigation receiver development program, the author participating in, was researched in this paper, in order to seek for an appropriate program management system for Tianjin Optics and Electronic Co.Ltd. Then, human resources would be optimized, research and manufacture would cost down.Firstly, a large number of papers about program management were referred to sum up the theory of program management. This provided a through grounding in analysis three-in-one program management.Secondly, the realities of three-in-one program were researched with the theory of program management, to find the shortcomings of the current management system. Afterwards, the program management system was be optimized, to avoid exceeding program deadline.Finally, corporate culture, organization management, human resources and technology were analyzed to ensure the improved program management system can be conducted successfully.
