Distribution Center Location Planning Of Chongqing New Century Department Store

Logistics developing at an alarming rate change,with the rapid development of social economy and economic globalization.Logistics as the third profit source of enterprises,more and more enterprises attach importance to the location of logistics,logistics network planning.And in order to ensure the accuracy of the location,scientific,and efficiency must be the background of regional logistics distribution center's site selection,theoretical basis,decision-making procedures and methods of further research.In other words,in the heated market competition nowadays,mature excellent logistics location and operates,can bring a good profit for the enterprise,for the survival and development of enterprises play a key role..As the key link of logistics,distribution has gradually been valued by more and more enterprises.It can be said,in today's fierce market competition,the logistics system has become an important source of profit for the enterprise.The distribution center is an important part of the logistics system,and the determination of its address is a core problem in the distribution center planning.Therefore,it is important to study the location and planning of distribution center in the region.In this paper,I take the new century department store in Chongqing as the research object On the basis of the research on the present situation and algorithm of distribution center location.The main contents of this paper are as follows: firstly,the paper introduces the contribution of logistics development to economic and social development,and points out the present situation and problems of logistics development.Secondly,it introduces the related theories of distribution center location,including the concept of distribution center,the influence factors and the selection process,and points out the significance,method and content.Third,this paper proposes two methods: analytic hierarchy process and integer programming method in this paper.Taking the new century department store in Chongqing Jiangbei District as an example,this paper puts forward a model for solving the problem of regional distribution center location problem: the AHP and 0-1 integer programming model,and analyzes the establishment of the model and the method of solving the model.Using qualitative and quantitative method,the model can avoid the one-sided of a single model.Finally,the application of the model is analyzed,and the research on the location planning of Chongqing new century department store in Jiangbei District is completed,and the validity of the model and algorithm is verified.
