Research On Supervision Quality Control Of 500kV Hezhou Substation Expansion Project

Electric power engineering project is characterized by huge investment and consumption, high technical difficulties, high quality requirements, various supporting facilities, various collaborating institutions, long construction periods, and so on. Through implementing WHS standards, supervisors will master various activities of electric power engineering project timely, roundly and accurately so that all the contractors are able to complete their work in strict accordance with previous contracts. Moreover, supervision of quality control plays a key role in the whole electric power engineering project. Whether the final quality of the entire project achieves national standard and requirement and whether the project can be completed fluently are decided by quality control in construction stage. Therefore, the management and quality control of electric power project has crucial research value and application significance.Quality control supervision of electric power engineering in construction stage is the core content of this paper. Firstly, the author analyzed the differences at home and abroad in the aspect of quality control supervision and defined WHS standards on supervision quality control and construction quality control. Secondly, the paper focused on expansion project construction of Hezhou 500kV substation and discussed the issues from the views of its supervision institutional frameworks, supervision management systems, WHS quality control standards and supervision quality control implementation. Particularly, the author elaborated the WHS set point of Hezhou 500kV substation, beforehand, matter and afterwards controls, and evaluation.Now it is proved that WHS construction quality control standards has offered unique technical support to standardization of power engineering project inspection, test and assessment. And WHS standard makes the quality of whole project is under fully controlled and ensures the guiding and promoting function of quality of electric power engineering project.
