Substation is the facility of transforming and distributing power in power grid. Because of nonuniform energy distributing in china, 500kV is the highest voltage degree in South China.This type of project owns the characters like: high risk,profession,high tech, too many specialties and co-operation, and meanwhile, because of the complexity of geology and environment at station location, the chose of Tec scheme and resource management are both the main factors of quality risk of project.If feed forward control can not be done well,decide-making of project will face too many questions,even more serious disasters and damage. So,to the managers of project, the most important and effective way to decrease the damage is analyzing and controlling the quality risk.500kV substation construction project is the type with the most typical and representative in all power construction projects.It owns the characters like kinds of career men,equipments and complicated environment,at the same time,this kind of project is always the most important type at the rank of country or province ,so in the process of project construction,its interference and the application of various specifications of quality are the important factors in quality risk management. For this reason, the quality risk management of 500kV substation construction project is the result of reciprocity and combination control of various typical factors,having the obvious and huge research value.
