With the rapid development of national economy in recent years,electric power industry has been one of the pillar industry in national economy,the development of construction engineering is not only closely related to the quality of the power supply,but also influence personal safety and property security as well as the public interest of people.The electric power industry has the pivotal support function to development of the whole national economy.Substation as an important part of economic infrastructure,the project quality which is especially significant to the whole national economy.Construction organization ought to fully grasp substation project quality management,and modify defects,in order to promote the level of project quality management.The leader of the electric power project or construct unit ought to fully familiar with the present situation of engineering quality management which related to the aim of improving the deficiency and promote the engineering quality management level continually.However,the current research shows the research and lacks the mature quality management method to instruct the electric power engineering.This paper introduces the background and significance of quality management in the first part.The second part is the combination with the present situation of the Kang Zhuang 66 kV transformer substation new construction project quality management which is a new construction project quality management which has carried on the analysis and research.Compared with the current domestic and foreign research in the field of the quality management,this paper focuses on the analysis of project management theory and project quality management theory to the general description.This paper also tries to compare the quality of management and the relationship between the process and progress.This paper analyzes the effect of five factors,such as personnel,machinery,materials,methods,and environment,and ultimately the author of the paper put forward the optimization of solutions.
