With the increasing of the car ownership in China, the profit share of automotive market in the automotive industry has increased rapidly and the automotive service industry in national economic development has gradually grown in recent years. Auto Fast-service chain has become a new car service mode and gradually win the approval of the consumers and the market. As the main business of fast service, auto maintenance is paid much more people's attention. The digital management mode and the application of maintenance case have created good conditions for the development of Auto Fast-service, and made the "fast and reasonable" maintenance become possible in fast service industry.Through the investigation on Auto Fast-service, we have found that there are a lot of problems existing in the maintenance management mode, such as the inefficiency of labor management, the trivial process of business, the disordered task allocation and so on. Besides, the existing management mode makes the maintenance management situation worse and worse. What's more, this kind of management pattern cannot satisfy the customers'demands for maintenance business, and it hinders the development of fast repair business.This paper, which is based on the analysis of the vehicle maintenance management system and digital management concept, focuses on the problems in the management and maintenance and aims to design a digital vehicle maintenance auxiliary system oriented to assist the management in maintenance management, to achieve the aims of standardized business processes and "fast and reasonable" maintenance, and to improve customers' satisfaction from the point of customers'view. This system conforms to the modular design concept, and it can be divided into five modules in terms of functions:infrastructure, maintenance appointment, estimate letter management (maintenance case and estimate letter), repair business and settlement. The five modules could connect with each other through data. Maintenance cases are applied in the original pricing maintenance stage to make the maintenance projects and the management of repair parts more reasonable. The standardization of process management makes the pricing information more transparent, and could improve the efficiency of maintenance management and the satisfaction of customers greatly.The design of this system conforms to the concept of software engineering development process and regards the MVC (Model-View-Controller) as its typical framework. We make use of C++ programming language as the system development language in Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 development environment. Finally we have developed the system software based on C/S structure mode. MFC have been used as the underlying framework and the application of ADO data access methods have been used to access MySQL relational database in the process of development.This paper regards maintenance management in the process of Auto Fast-service management as the research object. Through the maintenance of business process standardization and application of the repair case, the system finishes the normalization of process management and standardization. On the other hand it standardizes the pricing management process and improves customer satisfaction. All of these measures not only enhance the market competitiveness of the Auto Fast-repair enterprise, but also improve the efficiency of the enterprise management and promote the healthy development of Auto Fast-service.
