But in the project management and the enterprise economic benefit correlation biggest should belong to the cost management, which already became in the project management in the most important. In the current construction market, the employer also introduce cost management, with limited design, cost consulting of the whole process etc. to control the investment cost of the project, the profits of the enterprise will be further compressed. At the same time, bidding system implementing thoroughly made the market competition intensified, the engineering quantity quotation through a variety of means of depression has already became the only rule of many construction enterprises in bidding for a project. Thus, the significance of project cost management in construction enterprises in the management process has become significant and long-term.Lighting project as a kind of municipal supporting projects, could be seen as a small branch of the construction industry, besides one-time, diversity of the project characteristics, its own characteristics is extremely obvious. The significance of project cost management is to increase income and decrease expenditure in the course of the project operation, to create more benefits for enterprises. The construction phase of the project is also the main bodies of project implementation phase. For the construction enterprises, the cost control in the construction stage is particularly important.As for lighting engineering in the project cost control stage, especially the construction st age, its keystone and difficulty are how to estimate the engineering cost in the limited pro ject preparation time and how to quickly and efficiently control the cost of every project during the complicated construction process.For this reason, this paper uses the research methods combining theory and practice,applying the "ABC" factor analysis method and the earned value method, Combined with the current situation of the cost management of municipal lighting project, analysis of the phoenix road lighting project completed in the last few years, and the cost controlconditions of Yangzhou district point road(regional) lighting renovation project fifth section in the construction phase. The specific research process and results as follows.At the first, this paper defines the research background and significance of the research at the beginning, briefly summarized the current situation for the project cost management, project construction cost management here and abroad。And describes the research mind and methods of this paper, lists the basic framework of this article,innovation and difficulties.Secondly, introduces the concept of the project and the scope of the project cost and the current mainstream project management method, analyzes its advantages and disadvantages. This paper will use two kinds of cost management tools of "ABC" factor analysis and the earned value method, complete the construction of theoretical framework of this paper.Finally, the use of "ABC" factor analysis method and the earned value method of lighting engineering case study to verify the feasibility and validity of the above-mentioned theory. Discussed how to combine the two methods of cost analysis in the practical application procedure, could better serve the cost analysis and control work in the engineering construction stage. |
