Based On Fuzzy Hierarchy Analysis Of Tian-Long Highway (Longxi Section) Social Benefit Evaluation Study

This paper on the basis of extensive reading of literature at home and abroad for study of the social benefit evaluation for highway construction projects. Then the qualitative and quantitative evaluation method are analyzed, summarized the principle of choosing the social benefit evaluation method based on the principle and the characteristics of the research object and data chose the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(ahp), as the theoretical method of this study.In order to better study the highway construction project, especially in the northwest territories of social benefit evaluation for highway construction projects, this paper summarizes the characteristics of the western highway project, located in the hinterland of northwest of the present situation of the gansu province highway network, the problems of rural highway in gansu province. And Outlines the northwest social benefit principle of establishing evaluation index system, and established the evaluation index system of hierarchy, including four criteria layer indexes and 23 evaluation indicators.In this paper, the construction project of the Tian-Long highway(Longxi section) is a fuzzy analytic hierarchy process, because the regional economy is underdeveloped and the data collection is difficult. Therefore, this paper adopts the method of questionnaire survey, and the data is the supplement,invited 10 understand highway construction project and area of experts, to evaluate the social benefit of the road.Through summary of questionnaire data consistency fuzzy judgment matrix weight vector, and then judge the results obtained by maximum membership degree principle, through the analysis of the evaluation to judge the results conform to the day of the actual situation of highway construction project.Through this study can be concluded that the social benefit evaluation is an important content of highway construction project post-evaluation, highlighted the need for more and more. Always attaches great importance to the economic evaluation in our country, should be in the future highway construction project, promote social benefit evaluation, starting from the overall interest of the society as a whole, think in terms of whole life cycle to the social benefit of the comprehensive evaluation of highway construction project, makes every effort to enlarge the economic and social benefits for highway construction projects, and maximize the benefit of the infrastructure project.
