| This paper mainly based on the X-Service shipping agency management platform of China Ocean Shipping Agency Xiamen,conducts analysis on the function of X-Service platform and proposes optimization & improvement program,as well as simulates to achieve platform mobile information extension.X-Service shipping agency management information system platform has played an important role in ship agency management.Meanwhile,since the original X-Service platform is the desktop system platform mainly based on INTERNET and with the development of mobile IT and the appearance of mobile terminal,some aspects cannot meet the demand of era development.Therefore,In the aspect of mobile information technology extension,through the establishment of analog SQLite database,achieve customer service terminal to interact with the server,and achieve business inquiries and processes on Android mobile devices.The mobile information management system includes database,back-end server,and front desk customer service terminal at mobile terminal,in which currently the functionality of front desk customer service terminal at mobile terminal mainly involves shipping agency business mobile office end module,shipping agency business management query module,freight forwarding client booking and query module,as well as ship owner client canvassing and query module.This article is consist of six chapters,namely Chapter 1-shipping agency and management information platform overview which introduces the status quot of information system of shipping agency industry and existing problems;Chapter 2-the X-Service shipping agency management platform of China Ocean Shipping Agency Xiamen,introduces China Ocean Shipping Agency Xiamen and the basic function of its X-Service shipping agency management platform;Chapter 3-analysis on X-Service shipping agency management platform,mainly proposed the deficiency of existing X-Service shipping agency platform,and conducts SWOT analysis on the platform,raises improvements ideas through the results;Chapter 4-functional integration of X-Service shipping agency management platform,conduct re-integration for the functions of existing platform,according to the business process and the by using DSS decision-support system merger the original six risk control points simplified to three,removing redundancy reduce operation mistakes;Chapter 5-X-Service system mobile information extension,mainly conduct analysis on X-Service system mobile information extension,proposed the idea of mobile information and process,and analyzes the functional improvements of mobile information and by simulating the mobile terminal of X-Service shipping agency management platform;Chapter 6-conclusion,mainly summarizes the function improvement and mobile information extension of X-Service shipping management platform,analyzes the results of study,proposes new outlook for the further application of mobile information extension.In order not to interference and influence of X-Service shipping agency management information system platform,the project is the study of mobile information extension,mainly through the simulation of mobile information database,using relevant data platform,the development of mobile information Service system and function modules of the mobile terminal(Android mobile terminal).The simulation function of shipping agency related to mobile information has reached the desired effect by experiment. |
