Although great achievements have been made in IR scene simulation area, there is still a certain gap between domestic and the advanced level of the world in realism and fineness of Infrared scene simulation area. It is very important for improving realism of IR scene simulation that calculate the temperature distribution of target accurately, and the rise of CFD(Computational Fluid Dynamics) technology can calculate the temperature distribution of the missile skin better in recent years. The subject that combine the CFD temperature distribution calculation with IR scene simulation has not been realized in domestic, the paper made some exploration about high realistic IR scene simulation by FLUENT+OGRE, and the IR simulation scene could reflect more extensive temperature details of missile.Firstly, modeling the temperature field based on the aerodynamics of the missile skin, and divide model into unstructured mesh with CFD flow field numerical calculation technique. Then, taking numerical calculation of the target temperature field by hydrodynamic numerical model of FLUENT, and obtained the temperature contours of the target in different flying speed and different environmental temperature. Finally, quantizing the temperature field contours into textures, and output aerial target IR scene with OGRE. It has been combined FLUENT and OGRE in the paper, and the realism and finesse has been improved effectively, and detail features of the missile skin could be reflected better. There is not any attempt in this respect in China, the results of the paper can fill the gap at a certain extent.Also, by adjusting numerical calculation model, increasing the accuracy of the model’s grid or introducing texture-mapping technology, The fineness of the 3D rendering results can be greatly improved, and it’ll compensate the limitations of this aspect of realism in the IR-Scene.
