In urban building, it will be helpful for sustainable development of urban energy, economy and environment to rational utilize renewable resources, such as solar energy, geothermal energy, bioenergy etc. The purposes is to save energy, protect the environment and make coordinated development among energy, economic and environmental by analyzing urban building available energy, optimizing the energy configuration, improving the efficiency of energy utilization. Therefore, it is necessary to investigate energy planning on urban building based on renewable energy and to optimize energy configuration in urban building.In this paper, the technical principle and the characteristic was analyzed for the energy planning on. The basic methods were put forward on the energy planning of urban building. This will provide theoretical guidance for the concrete implementation on the energy planning of urban building. At the same time, the key technology was investigated on comprehensive utilization for urban building energy. The basic principle, system form and saving energy benefit was analyzed for the various energy supply system in urban building.At the same time, based on the key technology on comprehensive utilization for urban building energy, the available resources was analyzed for new urban in xuzhou. The results show that the potential is huge on the solar-thermal and solar- photoelectric at new urban in xuzhou. It is necessary to meet the hot water needs in virtue of solar-thermal technology and promote the development of green ecological construction. The wind resources is relatively abundant in jiangsu province which meets wind power. The geological conditions are suitable for the soil source heat pump.Finally, the energy demand are analyzed at new urban in xuzhou. The urban energy supply system was put forward and the energy supply scheme was planed on the urban building energy. At the same time, the building energy was planed in some block and the amount of saving energy and emission reductions was analyzed in this paper.
