With the further development of digital technology in the field of nuclear power, digital control system brings new problems,fundamentally changed the operator functions, greatly increased operator cognitive tasks, to monitor behavior and cognitive tasks, under different task type behavior surveillance missions of different cognitive tasks,when above a certain cognitive behavior, the operator will be in a high load, overload, and even this will seriously influence on the operator,which seriously affect the nuclear power plant safety, so the operator to monitor behavior cognitive load has its necessity, analysis operator how to reduce the cognitive load at the same time, to improve training, the improvement procedures and optimizing man-machine interface function is of great significance.First of all, this article through the literature reading method to monitor behavior and cognitive load research status at home and abroad research, at the same time a simple monitoring behavior combined withcognitive model and the second task monitoring cognitive behavioral model is set up.Through the use of E-prime software simulation experiment platform, digital design based on sequence SGTR accident monitoring behavior experiment, using subjective evaluation method and combining with task performance evaluation in advance subjective cognitive load measurement monitoring behavior; Then use the same design of experiment, the research methods using ERP method and task performance, measuring eeg monitoring behavior and task performance,because the two experimental task performance level consistent, so can discuss with the experimental results of two experiments, finally found two experimental conclusions are draw operator in the skilled operation and rules of operation of the cognitive load in different level of cognitive load, and ERP P300 Pz electrode band in eeg data under time pressure rules of operation of amplitude difference remarkably, skilled operation of amplitude difference was not significant, and NASA- TLK scale and task performance to the conclusion that more time pressure for different types of the influence of different operation tasks.Conclusion by above knowable, the cognitive load of different task type monitoring behavior is at different levels, and time pressure on the influence of different task types of cognitive load monitoring behavior is different, can according to the result that rule type operation level ofcognitive load is higher, and through training and other measures to make the operator rules become skilled operation, can effectively improve the level of monitoring behavior performance; And through to monitoring the operator's eeg of monitor behavior, Being able to find operator monitor behavior abnormalities, taking appropriate measures to prevent human error in advance.
