China is a vast country, have many ethnic group and population, it also has a complex geographical environment and serious geological ecological disaster. In recent years, earthquakes, landslides, mudslides, typhoons, floods and other disasters had happened in China, urban geological ecological environment has been severely damaged and threats. Party central committee and state council attach great importance to the ecological environment geological disasters, promote China's comprehensive disaster prevention and reduction actively. But complex natural conditions, geological conditions fragile ecological environment make disaster prevention pessimistic. The earthquake in Kobe, Japan, 1995,Taiwan's "921" earthquake,1999,Wenchuan Earthquake, Ya'an Earthquake, Snow Disaster,2008 and other secondary disasters, made the road traffic blocking, which affected the speed disaster relief and urban traffic capacity seriously so that people's lives and social development got a serious threat. So based on this reality background, the geo-ecological theory into urban planning theory is crucial. In this paper, we are hoping correlation between road traffic planning methods and theories AGD ecological environment preliminary studies. This paper selects road planning geological ecological changes as a research topic under the geological ecological changed, which is an extension of the Road Traffic Planning Method. Good road traffic capacity is the basis for urban development and economic and social progress. Faced with the threat of geological disasters caused by ecological movement. At the planning stage, avoid road traffic hazards or improve the ability to withstand disasters obstructing traffic ensuring the disaster capacity, to avoid urban road traffic blocking phenomenon happened which similar Ya'an earthquake occurred. Therefore study on road traffic planning has a very important practical significance under geo-ecological changed. There are few academic studies of geo-ecological change and this theory hardly applies to virtually specific planning tools and methods. This paper combining "Ecological geology" and the “Human Settlements”. Through carding and researching road traffic system planning related to ecological geology domestic and foreign, exploring the urban road traffic planning optimization method.Establishing the road traffic evaluation model based on geological ecology change. Then, evaluating the road traffic situation of Kaixian and putting forward road system optimization scheme based on the influence of geological ecological changes. The main achievements of this study are as follows:This paper, using a quantitative analysis method, basing on the geo-ecological changed, combining the road network connectivity, degree of road network and road network density, which have an important indicator of the performance of road capacity.Establishment of road traffic assessment model based on geological ecological changed, apply to Kaixian transportation planning. For the results of analysis model, using the discussing ways of "Yes" or "No" to judge the results. Analyze 33 towns in Kaixian, and the study results show that 22 towns road traffic have problems with the city center connectivity. Based on the results, optimize 10 towns road traffic finally. The main Optimization of roads is increasing the number and enhancing the status of road grade.Combining with various sections and towns, the proposed final three road traffic planning and optimization. The first way to increase the number of road, It's main advantage is to provide support for the future development of road. The second way is to enhance road grade, which is very economical. The third way is increasing part of the road, based on lifting the level of most roads. which give full consideration to the Kaixian planning requirements, preparing the ground for urban development.
