Total Green Construction Management Research

With the rising attention of environmental problem and the growing shortage of energy resources, sustainable development strategy is more and more important. While construction projects will consume a lot of energy resources in the construction process, they have great influence on the natural environment. Therefore, the sustainable development of the construction process——the green construction began to get people’s attention and develops rapidly.This paper analyzes the content of green construction and related management theory. Combined with the actual situation, the definition and conception of comprehensive green construction management are put forward. Then referred to the content of total cost management and specific circumstances of green construction management, green construction management model is created, including the whole-process green construction management, the whole-element green construction management and the whole-risk green construction management. The purpose of every part of the green construction management is that in a condition that ensured the basic requirements of the project can be met, by comprehensive and scientific management, the negative impact on the environment should be reduced as much as possible and resources should be conserved to the maximum extent possible. Finally the project construction will get sustainable developed. At last, the paper analyzes the practical case of green construction. Some suggestions on the implementation of comprehensive green construction management are put forward.This paper studies the total green construction management to help the construction enterprises develop, promote energy saving and emission reducing. Advocating green construction will have a positive significance to promote the sustainable development of the construction industry.
