As for deep-plan buildings in the cold region, firstly, because of the special natural environment, shape coefficient of building restricted by cold weather. Besides, the adverse sunshine conditions restricting the promotion of building daylighting in the cold region as well. With people over-reliance on artificial lighting, the daylighting in the deep-plan building towards in an awkward situation. At the same time, to satisfy the development of modern society, the high demand for the floor-area ratio in construction, deep-plan buildings became an inevitable architectural form, which also bring the limitation of daylighting in such form.This essay started from the perspective of architecture, based on a large number of collection and field research, analysis the general information and data, explain the definition explore the factors and trends that influence it, and discuss the design strategy, design techniques, principle of the daylighting design in the deep-plan building.The essay analyzes the significance meaning and influence factors of natural lighting for deep-plan buildings in the cold region. Based on the perspective of the lighting conditions and divided the solar azimuth angle of summer and winter solstice date into advantage light district, opposed light district and extreme light district. Provided different daylighting design strategy for different regional lighting conditions in deep-plan architectural design. Classifying the building daylighting methods from the body cavity, chamber, surface three aspects of the interface. Finally, combined the features of cold climatic conditions and the deep-plan building, summarized and presented four aspects of architectural design principles based on daylighting design in the deep-plan building--increasing the lighting surface, increasing the light-receiving surface to improve lighting efficiency and optimize the internal space.With the dismantle of daylighting design in the deep-plan architectural building and application of daylighting principles, this essay based on optimized the body adaptation of daylighting and cold climate, using architectural chamber improve the organization of internal space, enhance the efficiency lighting on the surface provided design strategies for the daylighting design in the deep-plan building. Under the guidance of the strategies, with Sunningdale topology, architectural chamber and the adjustment of lighting interface presented the design optimization techniques and solutions for deep-plan buildings in the cold region.
