Ship electrical system on the trend of the accelerating process of industrialization of the ship, its also rapidly improve degree of automation, electrical system in the overall design and simulation requirements are higher and higher.. From the view of the use of electric propulsion technology, its application scope covers almost all types of vessels. Wind engineering ship at sea as the unique equipment for offshore wind energy development, the installation process includes fans loading, transportation, element turnover, position, lifting, jack-up and so on. Need the whole fleet include semi-submerged barge, tug, anchor boat, crane ship, pushing wheel for supporting, the application of electric propulsion make the function of wind power engineering ship set transportation, short distance movement, dynamic position and fans installation as one, not only simplify the configuration of fans installation but also improve the work efficiency. So, for electric propulsion application problems of wind engineering ship arising, ship propulsion system simulation platform of ship electric propulsion technology of in-depth research on special ship offshore wind project is of great significance. In this thesis, with the electric propulsion system of our company design project 1200 T offshore wind power special engineering catamaran as the research object, construing the element model, through the reasonable combination, to do simulation verification on the concrete design scheme. Main work include modeling the element of electric propulsion system, establish the simulation platform, and do some test and research on simulation platform for the system function. In the specific design, the simulation model of the mother ship electric power system was simplified, but the results can still analog the ship electric power propulsion system working conditions to a certain extent.
