With electronic equipment developing rapidly, in order to avoid the excessive vibration i mpact of precision electronic instruments, intelligent vibration isolation components such as M R damper become the focus. At present the control and structure of such intelligent compone nts has a certain research and application in abroad, but in domestic although this intelligent components has been successfully applied in the structure, the control design is not researched systematically, so this article study in the view of the squeeze mode MRD control system in order to promote application in engineering.(1)Firstly based on the mainstream mechanics model, this paper use genetic algorithm to identify the parameter of “force-displacement” indicator curve, results show that Bouc-Wen model is suitable for the squeeze mode MRD. Then got the current relation formula of the Bouc-Wen model,which get a good effect and provide a mathematical model for the simulation of vibration isolation system.(2)Verify the accuracy of the whole theory model through contrasting the results of simulation to the results of real experiment, finally through the simulation of PID control?Skyhook control?frequency identification control and fuzzy control, the results of theory can be conclude.(3)Hardware design process is raised for the requirement of control strategy, and based on the process draw out the hardware board schematic diagram and PCB diagram, then complete the panel object, finally integrate control panel with power system to make the control box, which perform the base hardware role of vibration experiment.(4)Get the control effect through testing the PID control ? skyhook control ? frequency identification control on the experimental table. Contrasting the effect of various control strategies and the vibration effect of constant current input and comparing the experimental value with the simulation value.The results of this article show that, compared with no current input, PID control?skyho ok control and frequency identification control can cut more than 10% of the resonance peak.But when related to root mean square, the effect of PID control is not ideal, while skyhook control?frequency identification control can reduce 3.54% and 9.68%, effectively reducing th e overall response vibration. Meanwhile the experimental value and simulation value is consist ent, which proved the numerical simulation used in this paper to be reliability.Through study of theoretical data and experimental method, this paper promote the perfor mance of MRD, design the process of the control system, obtain the actual operation experie nce, which have important theoretical and engineering significance.
