Research On Post-occupancy Subjective Evaluation Of Built Environment Method Based On Network Reviews

Based on the relevant research and development at home and abroad,this paper hopes to establish a subjective evaluation method for the built environment after use from the perspective of users with the help of the historical and cultural block of Three Lanes and Seven Alley in Fuzhou.According to the research ideas of comparative verification,using the methods of expert consultation,questionnaire survey and field survey,combined with the characteristics of the network review data and the traditional questionnaire survey,this paper aims to build a simultaneous suitability It is used for the evaluation index system based on the network comments and the traditional questionnaire survey,and obtains the same and consistent evaluation factors and evaluation quantitative transformation standards,so as to ensure the comparability of the evaluation results.Through the comparative analysis of the evaluation results of the two evaluation methods in the same time range,the feasibility and effectiveness of the subjective evaluation method after the use of the built environment based on the network comments are verified,Furthermore,it summarizes the similarities and differences and the scope of application of the two in the relevant research,and clarifies the existing advantages and problems of Fuzhou Three Lanes and Seven Alley historical and cultural block.The evaluation process can be divided into the following two steps: first,based on the same evaluation index system and the same evaluation quantitative standard,two sets of adaptive evaluation methods have been established,which are respectively applied to Fuzhou Three Lanes and Seven Alley from the ten dimensions of overall satisfaction,space atmosphere feeling,historical value,cultural value,building value,natural environment,traffic status,practical value,spiritual value and commercial value After the use of the built environment of the historical and cultural street,the subjective evaluation is carried out,and the quantitative evaluation results of each evaluation dimension are obtained respectively;secondly,on this basis,the evaluation results in the same time range are compared,and the effectiveness of the subjective evaluation method after the use of the built environment based on the network review is verified by combining the actual investigation of the case block andthe characteristics of the network review effectiveness.This paper is divided into the following four parts:The first part is the origin and basis of the research,including the first and second chapters;the first chapter is the introduction,through discussing the research background,research object and content,research purpose,research significance and methods,research framework and innovation points,the technical route of the research is determined;the second chapter is the related theoretical research and practice,summarizes and analyzes the related research status,focusing on the analysis of the domestic and foreign construction ring This paper summarizes the practice mode,technical means and data processing methods of the subjective evaluation after environmental use.The second part is the third chapter,from the three aspects of subject selection,goal setting and process design,according to the research stage,the overall evaluation design logic is divided and elaborated step by step;based on this,the historical and cultural block of Three Lanes and Seven Alley in Fuzhou is taken as an empirical case,combining the field survey,the characteristics of the network review collected in this study,and the common shadow in the subjective evaluation research after the completion of the environment Response factors,preset the evaluation environment of Fuzhou Sanfang Qixiang Three Lanes and Seven Alley historical and cultural block based on the Internet review and questionnaire survey in the same time range,this paper verifies the subjective evaluation method after the use of the built environment based on theInternet review It is feasible and effective,and then summarizes the similarities and differences and applicable characteristics of the two evaluation methods from the four aspects of applicable characteristics,specific practice methods,accuracy / accuracy and scope of application.The fourth part is the summary and prospect,summarizing the shortcomings,regrets and suggestions for further research in the future.
