The civil aviation industry is in a High-speed development stage, security is the core content of the civil air transport safety management.to ensure flight safety is the primary task of continuing airworthiness of civil aviation. And it dose an important significance to the protection of life and property safety of travelers. Establishing risk assessment model for continuing airworthiness safety by A scientific and reasonable method to improve the level of flight safety, and it plays an important role in the protection of the air transport industry.In recent years, the system safety management is widely noted by ICAO and many developed countries. This safety management system is an entirely new model. It start from the point of the system security, and has a significant role to reduce the accident rate, and improve the level of security by combining the safety policy, safety management procedures and the supervision of the internal audit effectively.In this paper, a combination quantitative methods is to used to analysis the risk factors which can affect the level of continued airworthiness on the basis of the continuing airworthiness risk assessment.By studying some domestic risk assessment methods,a new method is used to establish evaluate the risk of continued airworthiness model which is based on generalized linear model.The model and program were proved right through theory analysis and examples proving,it is more objective and accurate in continuing airworthiness risk evaluation.
