| Product testing is the essential step before product launch. Centring on power system relay protection equipment, standardization test is a kind of baseline test arranged for invitation by big custeme. It is not only the common product test project, but also the third party testing project with big interest-related. So the problem about information asymmetry has much more important influence on the test. And in the period of intelligent substation technology developing, standardization test project will have a lot of uncertain risk impact by the technical development and revolution. Therefore, we need a suitable and operational risk management model for standardization test project, to effectively guide the project managers. The mainly purpose of this study is figuring out the problems of the project risk management in the applicable and practical way. and resolving into the risk of identification, analysi and controlling.In this paper, based on the major characteristics of standardization test, the risk identification pattern has been studied up on the traditional risk identification techniques, and refer to the ideas of sustain. The design for the risk identification is a bidirection system. Then, the risk evaluation method is based on the probability, losses, predictability and manageability of multidimensional risk structure, fuzzy trigonometric function, the grey correlation analysis method. It can obtains quantitative evaluation data, and run of analyzing risk evaluation results, and provide risk affect sorting for project team. So it will reflect the whole status of project risk. Finally, the project team can control risk continuing and recycling, by the implementation of the risk operation. In the whole process of project risk management, the project manager has multiple operational points to adjust and improve of ongoing management process. So the project risk management can be updated and adjusted for continuing improve purpose. |
