In the course of electromechanical integration, because of the characteristics of more knowledge points, more courses, stronger practicality and tighter experimental equipment resources,it is difficult for students to fully study and use the related equipment in the course of experiment. Through the practical operation of the training platform,the experimenter can conduct the consolidating learning and experiment operation of the textbook knowledge in an interactive way,accomplish various practical training projects and improve the practical skills.To a certain extent,to solve the traditional experimental teaching time constraints, space constraints and the theory and the factory out of touch and other issues.With the rapid progress of science and technology, flexible manufacturing system(FMS) has become the modern manufacturing industry, the source of automation forward, is widely used in many industrial fields. FMS in China started late in the field, the application of inadequate. The domestic colleges and universities of the existing FMS laboratory equipment is too small, the lack of relevant research and design talent.This paper attempts to design a teaching FMS system based on PLC and Profibus-DP bus, which consists of three-dimensional warehouse and palletizer, CCD shape recognition, CNC machining, loading and unloading robot, CCD size detection and color recognition, bar code scanning detection and transmission System, sorting robot and other units. The construction and composition of the system, the design and selection of the main hardware, especially the performance parameters of the various parts of the index were explored. PLC control in the design can be used to achieve reliable and stable platform. Secondly, each function unit is linked by Profibus-DP fieldbus, forming an integral whole, coordinating the work of each unit under the unified control of the master station(host computer).In this paper, the hardware design of the main functional modules is designed, and WinCC is used as the configuration software of the host computer. The communication between the host computer PC and the lower computer PLC is realized through the Profibus-DP fieldbus. With STEP 7 hardware configuration and WinCC group State to achieve the entire flexible manufacturing system operation process monitoring and management, thus establishing a flexible manufacturing system process control. At last, the debugging and running test of the related system are carried out. Design to achieve the desired goal. Finally,The experimental projects have been designed and developed on the training platform. Two concrete experiments for example to introduce the use of the FMS and show that this research theory value and practical significance.
