A Study On The Post Occupancy Evaluation Of Thecuipingshan Urban Forest Park

Along with the rapid development of social economy, national income HAS increased significantly, people have more leisure time to pursue physical and mental enjoyment. Forest park meet not only the conventional tourism demand, but also the spiritual needs such as awareness to THE scientific knowledge and exposure to nature. It has become an important place for people to spend their leisure time. However, the time to develope forest park is not long. Moreover, it develops rapidly under the support of policy and national forestry department, thus it is inevitable to encounter problems. The defects and contradictions of development have also appeared in succession. Because of its regional advantages and high usage rate, urban forest park became more popular among urban residents. However, there should be increasing concerns about its environmental and ecological problems, so it is necessary to carry out the valuable research on urban forest park in future.This paper focuses on the concept and main characteristics of urban forest park and describes its differences from various other types of park by using some methods such as literature research and data access. According to the related content in "Technical regulations for the forest park master planning"(LY/T2005-2012),"Standard for Overall Design of Forest Parks" (LY/T5132-59), "Code for the design of urban green space GB50420-2007", "Code for the design of park CJJ48-92", refer to pertinent literature and expert advise and through investigation and analyses of the site, authors have selected the evaluation index, constructed the environmental comprehensive evaluation system of urban forest park and formed evaluation model through expert score to determine index weight.The evaluation results show that overall evaluation of urban forest park Cui Pingshan is good with a score of 3.8155 points, which belongs to the secondary level, so the park needs further improvement. Among them the weight of ecotope and tourist experience is the highest, but the score for the tourist experience is the lowest, which is only 3.3315 points. It indicates that this aspect needs to be improved. The ecotope'score is the highest that shows the environment and resources of forest are good, so it should be protected primarily and used reasonably. The scores of the rest of three evaluations are similar, which all belong to medium level. However, the humanization and perfection of infrastructure is lacking, thus it needs further improvement.Authors presented the problems and made suggestions and appropriate proposals for urban forest park Cui Pingshan in the development process, which can ensure the well-organized development and construction of whole park based on the evaluation results of urban forest park Cui Pingshan,under the premise of combining the urban forest park planning theory, using existing problems as the starting point and starting from the planning target, overall layout, project of ecotope and infrastructure etc.
