With the accelerated pace of our modernization,people's living standards continue to rise,and resource consumption is also greatly increased.The problem of resource scarcity is also highlighted.From 2010 to 2010,urban construction area has increased by 2 times,and the growth rate reached 11.3% with the average annual growth of 1.33 billion square meters [1],while the total energy consumption in China in 2010 was 3.249 billion tec [2] China's current building heating energy consumption is about 12.5kg / m2,while that in developed countries in Europe and America is about 8.57 kg / m2 [3],which is a big gap.Therefore,the study of energy-saving technologies in China still needs to be continued.Passive energy-saving technology,because of its advanced concept,superb technology,excellent energy saving effect,attracts more and more attention.In this paper,the passive energy saving technology of low energy consumption multi-story residential building will be studied.Passive low energy consumption and energy saving technology will be used in the pilot project to promote the development of energy efficient building technology in China.First of all,this paper studies the characteristics of passive low-energy residential buildings,introduces the related concepts and indicators of passive buildings.Secondly,the cold area B Passive low-energy residential building control index will be decided,and then the optimal design of the thermal insulation system of the envelope structure,and the design of the thermal bridge structure will be done according to the climatic characteristics of the cold area B and the passive building standard of Germany and the "Passive ultra low energy consumption green building technical guideline(tentative)" of the Chinese Ministry of Housing and Urban Construction.Finally,the passive energy-saving technology is applied in the pilot project,to achieve the localization passive localization energy-saving technology.Through on-site construction and software simulation and analysis of building energy consumption,the paper discusses the prospects and benefits of the technology.Restricted by the pilot project's construction speed,the energy consumption analysis for the pilot project of energy consumption is still in the simulation phase,and there is a need for more comprehensive and more reliable tests in future research of the pilot project,to get the real and reliable data of energy consumption,and to further optimize the technology.I believe that through continuous in-depth research,passive low-energy energy-saving technology will have a great leap and will make more contributions to the sustainable development of society.
