The Whole Life Cycle Cost Analysis To Contruction Project Based On BIM

With the rapidly development of construction industry in our country,the g eneralinformation processing software such as CAD already cannot satisfy the lar ge-scaleconstruction industry information processing.BIM technology has been widely used in foreign countries,and its advantages in information processing has being more and more obvious.The cost control of the construction industry has always been the core problems in the process of construction,the cost control of construction project based on BIM technology,can effectively improve the efficiency of cost control,to speed up the cost accounting.In this paper,based on BIM information processing platform,the construction project from the project to the completion of the final accounts of the whole life cycle cost are analyzed,from the multiple perspectives analysis based on BIM information processing platform for the whole life cycle cost of the project management and control.First of all,in this article,through reading a large number of references,for BIM technology system research,the research status at home and abroad.From the Angle of macroscopic elaborated the BIM technology in the construction project life-cycle cost analysis in the process of role and advantage.Then,based on BIM technology related theoretical knowledge of system analysis,for later under the application of BIM technology to lay the good foundation.Then,based on BIM technology of the whole life cycle cost analysis,every stage of the application of BIM technology to the project are analyzed and expounded,established a construction project based on BIM technology,the whole life cycle cost analysis model.Finally,through the actual case to verify the feasibility and superiority of the model.This article research results show that the BIM technology in the process of the construction project whole life cycle cost control,can greatly speed up the efficiency of cost control,help the various project participants,each stage of cost control in the process of information transmission and information management.
