The contradiction between the continuous increase in the number of private cars and the insufficient development of parking facilities is becoming increasingly prominent.As a means of expanding the reasonable use of three-dimensional space based on limited planar space resources,stereo parking equipment will become a breakthrough in solving parking problems.The stereo garage has a high degree of automation and reasonable space utilization,which has a great promotion effect on solving parking difficulties.As one of the important indicators of stereo garage,access efficiency greatly affects the user experience and garage operation effect.The differences in space,structure,access method and control system of different types of stereo garages make the access efficiency significantly different.The shortcomings of access process,access strategy and parking space management make some stereo garages still have problems such as long access time,low access efficiency and long user time for waiting.Aiming at these problems mentioned above,by analyzing the differences in the space structure,access strategy,access efficiency of different types stereo garages,based on roadway stacking stereo garage and vertical recycling stereo garage,a new stereo garage,that combines the access advantages of these two types of stereo garage,was proposed in this paper.We started from the optimization design of the overall structure,control system and access mode of the garage.Firstly,the overall design of the garage was clarified and proposed.Then established the overall garage composed of mechanical structure part and automatic control part.Then we designed the overall dimensions and materials of the garage and determined the working process of circulating mechanism and the transverse mechanism,then carried out the design and the theory check respectively.Then we designed the structure and the function of the access vehicle module and modeled the access vehicle processing flow.We calculated and analyzed the access efficiency,and compared the calculated results.Finally,based on the comparison with the storage efficiency of stacking and vertical circulation garages,a stereo garage design proposal aimed at optimizing the storage efficiency was proposed.
