In recent years,rail transportation has developed rapidly due to its advantages of speed,comfort,and large traffic volume.Rail transportation generally requires the cooperation of other modes of transportation to complete a complete travel trip.Bicycles have the advantages of convenience,short distance transportation,health and pollution-free,and low cost,and have become the first choice in the passenger flow transfer mode of rail transportation.Rail transportation bicycle transfer facilities have thus become an important part of the planning and design of rail transportation stations.If the bicycle transfer facility is too large,it will waste the space resources of the rail transportation station.If the bicycle transfer facility is too small,it will reduce the passenger transfer efficiency.Therefore,the reasonable determination of the scale of the bicycle transfer facility is the construction of the transfer facility.In this paper,Nanjing Metro Line 4 is selected as the research object.Through field research,data are obtained,modeling and processing data are obtained,and the reasonable scale of bicycle transfer facilities for typical site examples of Line 4 is obtained.This paper first introduces the background and significance of the research.Through three aspects: demand forecasting theory method,rail transportation transfer station scale determination and engineering construction,the development status of rail transportation bicycle transfer facilities at home and abroad is expounded.Then,by systematically reading and studying the Guidelines for the Planning and Design of Areas along the Urban Rail Line and the Planning Standards for Transfer Facilities at Nanjing Rail Transit Stations,we have made an adaptive and rational analysis of the Standards and Guidelines.The classification method of Nanjing subway station is obtained.According to the location of the site,the nature of the surrounding land and the function of the site,etc.,it is divided into: municipal comprehensive passenger transportation hub,traffic transfer hub,public central transfer hub,and general type.Transfer hub four categories.Then,this article has carried on the field investigation to the Gulou station,including the subway station entrance and exit passenger flow survey,the passenger transfer choice behavior characteristic survey,the bicycle parking facility investigation and so on.The data obtained from these field surveys are the basis and basis for the data analysis of the part of the demand forecasting for bicycle transfer facilities.Finally,a number of Logit models are introduced,multiple factors that affect the choice of passenger transfer methods are selected,and independent analysis is conducted through SPSS20.0 using research data to obtain the final influencing factors,that is,the independent variables of the demand forecasting model,and a number of Logit models are established.After testing,the demand forecasting model of each transportation mode is obtained,and the sharing rate of each transportation mode is calculated.The measurement results of the scale of bicycle transfer facilities for each type of example site are as follows: The size of the bicycle parking facilities at the public center transfer hub,Gulou Station,is 2,455,of which subway No.1 entrance was 372,subway No.2 entrance was 204,subway No.3 entrance was 809,subway No.4a entrance was 276,subway No.4b entrance was 270,subway No.5 entrance was 279,and subway No.6 entrance was 244.The traffic transfer hub-the size of bicycle parking facilities at Dongliu Station is 371,of which subway No.1 entrance was 173 and subway No.2 entrance was 198;The size of the bicycle parking facility at the general interchange hub,Jiming Temple Station,is 440,of which subway No.1 entrance was 96,subway No.4 entrance was 103,subway No.5 entrance was 152,and subway No.6 entrance was 89.
