The problem founded is already an established fact which caused a lot of waste of time and cost. Quality management is lack of overall and systematic, and very poor in the coordination between departments. Many company only pay attention to their own construction quality, do not consider the impact of others, cause cross contamination. The processes of construction do not focus on the connection of next process, and evry easy to affect the efficiency of the construction, resulting in quality problems, In the construction process, there are so many low quality cases because of not very good plan, plan unreasonable or the conflict between quality and cost management. The construction quality process management is an effective way to solve these problems based on BIM technology.The full name of BIM is building information model. BIM is a multidimensional model information integration technology based on the technology of computer aided design (CAD). Through the establishment of the model of building engineering, and the establishment of the physical and functional characteristics of the model, BIM developed the digital bearing and visual expression using computer. All parties share information, collaborative work, make scientific decision, and manage the whole process of building life management through the BIM model. BIM has five characteristics, which are visualization, coordination, simulation, optimization and graph.This thesis analyzes the construction quality problems through literature and case data, and then through the BIM technology and the PDCA framework constructs quality management system based on BIM and PDCA was constructed, then analyzes the process management of construction quality management based on the quality management system, finally verify the application of the BIM technology in the construction stage of quality management through the actual case A project. |
