| The mode of EPC general contracting can effectively combine design,procurement and construction,for obtainning a better return on investment.However,under this model,most of the construction risk of the projects will be transferred to the general contractor,which bring greater corporate responsibility and higher risk.At present,there is little enterprises with strong capacities of general contracting management in China.In this case,the comprehensive ability of enterprises in design,procurement and construction needs to be improved urgently.Therefore,it is of engineering background and practical significance to carry out the research on project management capacities of EPC model from the perspective of general contracting enterprises.By analysing the specific problems existing in general contracting enterprises of EPC projects,it is found that project scope management is the key to manage well.As one of the main contents of project management,scope management runs through the whole process of the project,it contains design,procurement and construction.From the perspective of general contracting enterprises,scope management is the breakthrough to study the project management capability of EPC mode.Based on this,the maturity model of scope management of EPC project is established to effectively combine the EPC model with the scope management,which providing a new theoretical paradigm and thinking framework for the scope management research of EPC project.Following is the details:(1)the research status of EPC project,project management maturity and project scope management at home and abroad is analyzed,and it is found that conducting scope management of EPC project is very necessary,and the application of maturity model in different industries needs adaptability improvement.(2)comparative analysis of the structural framework and applicable scope of several typical maturity models shows that CPM3 model is more suitable for the study of EPC project scope management maturity.(3)improving CPM3 model to adapt to EPC mode scope management maturity,which conclude that determining the model internal structure framework and evaluation system.The first level structure of the model consists of maturity level,process area and maturity unit.The second level structure is the expands of the maturity unit which consists of process area,goal,practice and guarantee.In the maturity evaluation system,the weight method of COWA operator was used to determine the weight,and the maturity level was determined by the gray fuzzy evaluation method.Finally,the feasibility of the model is verified by the analysis of EPC engineering case.The research on the combination of EPC mode and scope management,on the one hand,it provides theoretical support for the scope management of general contracting enterprises and improves the theoretical system of scope management based on construction projects.On the other hand,it can solve the problem of insufficient project management ability of general contracting enterprises,promote more enterprises to adopt EPC model to succeed in project construction,and generalize EPC projects in a way. |
