The Schedule Planning And Controlling Research On All-weather Finished Product Wharf Construction Of A Company

Resources sharing has become a big trend with the economic globalization.The flow of resources and resource sharing worldwide is dependent on the transport logistics.Along the Yangtze river and coastal strip,water transport is one of the important transportation way of steel enterprise in their product export and domestic trade.But water transport is easily affected by the rainy day.Construction of all-weather finished product wharf can solve the bottleneck problem of steel products logistics in the rainy season,ensure that production and sales of steel enterprises logistics smoothly and guarantee delivery accuracy and ability of rapid response to user requirements,establish enterprise sales logistics competitive advantage.At present,in our country,there is no all-weather wharf for steel products in the field of large steel manufacturing and transportation.The construction project of all-weather finished product wharf has the characteristics of large investment,long construction period and high difficulty.Therefore,the project schedule management theories for effective planning and control should be used to ensure project complete on schedule.This thesisstudies the construction schedule planning and controlling,choosing the all-weather finished product wharf construction of A company as the background,includes three aspects:(1)The basic information of t all-weather finished product wharf construction project of A companyis introduced,the factors that affect the project schedule is analyzed.(2)Schedule planning research.Overall construction is broken down into four main tasks,and each main taskis broken downto several subject tasks,the WBS diagram is drawn out,logical relationship between tasks is clarified according to the experience andconstruction technology requirements,the work time is estimated,net map and bar map aredrawn out,the critical pathis determined,schedule is optimized by adjusting the relations of tasks.(3)The schedule controlling research.Schedule control process of all-weather finished product wharf construction of A company isStudied,combined with the project,totalschedule control,main schedule control,detail schedule controland the specific content of the dynamic monitoring of the projectare discussed,puts forward the method of comparative analysis and the principle of schedule updating,brings up the construction schedule control measures.This thesis brings up reasonable construction schedule planning and control strategy for all-weather finished product wharf construction of A company.The conclusion of this thesis has strong reference significance and reference value to other all-weather wharf construction project.
