The characteristics of Power system in iron and steel enterprises are heavy load, high energy consumption, strong production continuity, load concentration, large capacity for one machine, large impact and three-phase unbalanced load, these characteristics determine the power system of iron and steel enterprise monitoring, deployment and optimization control relates to power generation, transmission, substation, distribution, etc.and tightly coupled with the main production process. The construction of electric power network of communication and liaison in the substation automation system, the realization of automation system in power network, the analysis of load forecasting of power system of a steel plant, and the trend of power system stability achieved,it can provide guidance for practical operation and stability of power system analysis of iron and steel plant. This thesis focuses on the following three parts of contents:(1)Data acquisition, communication and other functions of the integrated automation system are researched, the 220kV iron steel substation acquisition system based on the actual situation of research are designed,it can provide the basic support for power system load forecasting.(2)Deeply study the methods of load forecast in power system of iron and steel plant, then putting forward the method of logic judgement and decision,it can provide theoretical guidance for the power operation.(3)Research and simulate was done for the power flow calculation and stability analysis of power system with the guidance of the stable operation of power grid.Research and simulation in the analysis of power system load flow calculation and stability of power system and power grid, analyzed the change of various failures,it can provide guidance of the stable operation of power grid.
