Children invisible inducer is a new device for guiding children's teeth reasonable arrangement appeared in recent years.It is favored by children for its beauty,comfortable,convenient and efficacy predictable,and rapidly gets the application and promotion in orthodontic field.The design of inducer is based on the growth characteristics of children's teeth.There are two main factors affecting the treatment effect.One is the understanding of the biomechanical mechanism under the induction effect.The other is the accurate assessment and prediction of the children's dental growth timing,growth direction and the amount of growth.However,the complex interaction leads to a lack of the understanding of the force system and its role in the induction process,easy to overlook the changes in the growth of children face.It is difficult to develop induction program and appropriate way to maintain appropriately based on children's growth stage characteristics,especially for the long treatment period and rapid growth of therapeutic treatment of pediatric patients,which greatly limits the range of clinical applications and indications for children induction technology and influence the formulation of the optimal treatment plan.Therefore,how to use the experimental method to understand the biomechanical mechanisms of induction technology and how to grasp the tooth movement trajectories variation of children's growth process has become a hot research in the field of orthodontics.In this paper,combined with children's clinical induction process,the biomechanics distribution of the treatment process and the rules of grow and growth process of children's anterior maxilla were studied intensively.Firstly,to measure the orthodontic forces delivered by invisible inducer,a force measurement system for induction process based on thin film single force sensor was designed and built.The treatment during the induction process was simulated and verified by finite element method.Secondly,in order to complement and improve the mechanical characteristics of the induction in the treatment process,the measurement system was used to measure the orthodontic forces exerted on the left central incisor with the increase of labial movement distance and the thickness of the diaphragm.Additionally,the tooth movement trajectories variation and canine width of the front teeth from the primary dentition period,the mixed dentition period to the perm.anent dentition period were studied in Zhenghe country,Fujian province,which is used to provide a referent evidence for diagnose of early malocclusion and early treatment of children,and to assess the reserve amount of the invisible inducer during the children's grows and growth process.Finally,the children's induction treatment cases were shown to further elaborate the production process of invisible inducer and verify the feasibility and effectiveness of this new treatment technology.
