Household appliances have a huge market in China,hundreds of millions of household appliances have been manufactured or scrapped every year.The environmental impact brought by the huge number of household appliances and the increasing of discarded household appliances has shocked the whole society.At present,the quantitative method of environmental performance of household appliances is complex,and with the increasing complexity of the product,the product disassembly is confronted with the dual problems of cost and efficiency.Considering the environmental impact in the design phase of household appliances can reduce the adverse effects in each link of life cycle,also make the product to be in an impregnable position in the domestic and international market competition.In this dissertation,the key technologies of environmental impact of household appliances were studied,and an auxiliary system was developed based on Pro/E software,which can help designers to analyse the environmental performance of products and improve the efficiency of design work.By using the Entropy-AHP method to establish the comprehensive evaluation method of toxic potential indicator of materials.From the three aspects of health hazards,environmental hazards and physical and chemical characteristics,the evaluation index of toxic potential indicator of materials is given.The life cycle assessment model of typical household appliances was established to calculate the carbon emission of whole life cycle,and the formula for calculating the life cycle carbon emissions of typical household appliances was put forward.Low carbon certification recommendation for typical household appliances was proposed.To meet the selective parallel disassembly requirement of complex product,a modular disassembly model based on the min-max partition was proposed.Then the selective parallel disassembly is performed based on disassembly constraint graph.An environmental impact analysis system was developed and the material information database,the product information database and the grid factor database are established.The designer can easily use the system to analyze the environmental impact of the product.
