Research On Post Occupancy Evaluation Of Indoor And Outdoor Environment Of Existing Green Office Buildings In Xi'an

In recent years,the development of green building in our country has been more and more rapid.The number of buildings that have obtained green building certification has increased rapidly.Similarly,the green building development in Shaanxi Province has been rapid.As of September 2016,the number of green building identification projects has reached 289.Fourth place.As the capital city of the province,Xi'an has the largest number of green buildings in Shaanxi Province and far ahead of other cities in the province.Most of the green buildings in Xi'an are green design logos.The proportion of running logos is too low.People often pay attention to the design,construction,and construction of buildings.In terms of evaluation,etc.,the effectiveness of green buildings in the operational phase and whether users are satisfied are worth considering.In February 2017,the Department of Building Energy Conservation and Technology of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development entrusted the Center for Science,Technology and Industrialization of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development to organize a “Guide to Post-Assessment of Green Buildings”(Office and Store Building).The development of green buildings,the improvement of the operation and management level of green buildings,and the guidance of post-event evaluation based on the actual operation effects of buildings.Based on this background,this paper takes the office building marked with green design in Xi'an City,Shaanxi Province as the research object.After using the Post Occupancy Evaluation method,based on the “Green Building Post-Assessment Technology Guide”,the land and outdoor environment is selected.The two parts of the indoor environment quality were evaluated after the use of the green office building after operation.Through investigations,on-site testing,satisfaction surveys,and other methods,we thoroughly investigated the operational status of green buildings,and constructed a Post Occupancy Evaluation system based on land-saving and outdoor environments and indoor environmental quality,and conducted post-evaluation research on selected green office buildings.Then the analysis and evaluation results show that green buildings have not reached the design value requirements during operation and use,some of the management measures are not in place,and the input green technologies have not played the role of improving comfort,and the users' opinions can intuitively reflect the construction operation conditions.Series problems.Finally,through the research of this paper,the suggestions for feasibility improvement of the green building operation stage are provided,and the reference for other types of post-evaluation of green buildings is provided.It also hopes to play an active role in the development of green buildings in Shaanxi Province.
