Research On Residential Planning And Design Based On Low Carbon Concept

The rapid development of global urbanization,resulting in excessive emissions of carbon,causing global warming and other global issues.China is in a period of rapid urbanization,resulting in an increase in urban carbon emissions.Therefore,the research of low carbon residential area and low carbon ecological city construction has been initiated.At present,the low carbon residential area in China is still in the first stage of practice.Based on this background,this paper studies the planning and construction of low carbon residential areas in china.This paper mainly from the following aspects:This paper summarizes the main research status of domestic and international low carbon residential planning and construction in the field of urban planning,and summarizes the domestic and foreign cases.This paper studies the planning and design of low carbon residential area from the aspects of residential space organization,landscape design and traffic organization.This paper studies the architectural design of low carbon residential area from the aspects of land saving measures,three-dimensional green design and water saving design.From the aspects of renewable energy utilization,material saving measures and environmental protection methods,the resource saving and Utilization Strategies of low carbon residential areas were studied.Based on the actual situation of our country,this paper studies the construction strategy of low carbon residential areas in China,mainly from three aspects of policy and regulations,economic strategy and the public participation strategy to study the construction strategy of low carbon residential areas.Low carbon analysis and case study analysis and field survey methods of Zhuzhou city landscape,residential area,and according to the case analysis combined with the actual situation of the residential landscape,and puts forward the corresponding measures for low-carbon planning and construction.
