Planning And Design For Rural Complex Of Wangcun In Xingyang

With the accelerating process of urbanization,the urban population is increasing,population pressure is growing,as well as traffic jams and air pollution are serious.All of these problems not only destroy the urban ecological environment,but also affect seriously rural areas.Low utilization rate of resources,damaged farmland and the outflow of population,which led to rural areas became a place of “left-behind children” and “empty nest elderly”.What's more,some rural areas have abandoned the original aesthetics and identity of their hometowns,and have begun to blindly imitate architectural style of urbanization.Finally,rural area lost its original rural scenery and pastoral construction.Since the implementation of the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan",urban and rural construction has entered a revolutionary period of rapid development.The rejuvenation of rural area has become an important strategic goal for the overall development of urban and rural areas.At present,the rural areas in China need to develop the industrial complex,and then put forward a new type of rural development mode called "rural complex".The rural complex advocates that enterprises actively participate in the integration of urban elements with the countryside,and all parties work together to build up an industrial transformation to drive the social development and establish the beautiful countryside of China.On February 5,2017,the Central No.1 document firstly defined the concept of “idyllic complex”,and proposed “supporting conditional rural construction with farmers' cooperatives as the main carrier,allowing farmers to fully participate in and benefit from it,and integrate recycling agriculture,creative agriculture,and farming.Experience an integrated pastoral complex and pilot demonstrations through relevant channels for comprehensive agricultural development and rural comprehensive reform transfer payments.”This paper studies the construction model of the “idyllic complex”,analyzes and summarizes the research status at home and abroad,combines local agricultural resources and human resources as the basic resource advantages,and adopts various methods such as field research,case analysis,and software mapping.Based on the characteristics of the idyllic complex and the development model,a planning and design study was conducted with Wangcun Town of Xiangyang City as the actual landscape project of this project.The design content is as follows: The current scope of resources and the nature of the land in Wangcun Town of Xiangyang City were analyzed to determine the scope of the design.Propose industrial upgrading strategies and clarify its design orientation,so as to further plan from the aspects of functions,transportation,tour lines,and public service facilities,and classify the landscape planning and design project of Wangcun Town,Fuyang City into a “crowdfunding agricultural experience zone”.The five functional areas of “Aroma Spa Resort”,“Flowers and Fruits Picking Viewing Area”,“Agricultural Experience Area” and “Adolescent Study Area” are followed by detailed landscape design of these five regions.
