The available information shows that there are roughly three hundred kinds of traditional transmission lines at home and abroad.But most of the three hundred kinds of conveyor are bulk conveyor,which can achieve the transport of packaging only eight categories,less than 50 species.The study found that only 22 conditions were met at the same time,which the carrier is easy to damage,the type of carton size is too much,the device can achieve two-way transport.Finally,these five types of programs are applied to the actual site of the investigation to verify.The existing program cannot meet some special use of the site and the requirements,which is equipment occupies a smaller horizontal length and width but at the same time to achieve a large lifting height of the transport,and to ensure strong transport stability and high production efficiency.But after reviewing the literature,it is found that such transmission line of the elevator at home and abroad transmission line design and production enterprises have never carried out product development and design work.Therefore,through the analysis of the feasibility of the existing program,and using the constraint theory combined with the actual situation of the site research,through the CRT block diagram and CRD block diagram of the system problems were described.And then the essence of the design of the hoist design and the core problems are found,so the block diagram find the contradictions and conflicts arising from the problem is to occupy the space to expand and reduce.Then,based on the principle of separation in TRIZ theory,three new transmission line hoist schemes were designed.The optimal scheme is selected from the design scheme of three transmission line and hoists with using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Using the modeling software optimize the parts of the program refinement,three-dimensional modeling and assembly.Because the article examines the practical problems of the project,it is possible to verify the feasibility of the refined design of the conveyor line hoist from the perspective of spatial layout and rhythm efficiency.This article provides a variety of ideas and solutions that can be used for future research.
