Research On Progress Management Of XuPei Road And Bridge Project Based On GPRs Network

Highway construction project investment is huge,huge influence to surrounding social economy,so do a good job in highway network planning,schedule planning as a whole during the period of the highway construction scale,timing,the reasonable use of funds,reduce the economic loss caused by blind investment is of great significance.With the rapid development of today's economy,the continuous expansion of city in our country,the highway as the traffic logistics infrastructure,is energy in the development of social economic development and city artery,the necessity of its development is self-evident.The project schedule management as an important part of project management,it is to measure the level of the whole project,the project can be completed on time with good quality,project costs and benefits are play a key role,thus has great research significance.This article will use the construction organization plan and the relevant theories of project schedule management,272 provincial road of Xuzhou to Peixian county bid section of the bridge project schedule management as the background,preparation and planning for the project network optimization.272 provincial road of Xuzhou to Peixian county bid section of the bridge engineering as a large,complex projects,huge demand for manpower,material resources,thus make reasonable resource allocation and network planning can reduce the cost of the project investment,therefore it is very necessary.This article through research and analysis of related knowledge of network planning optimization,combined with the theory of practical experience in the specific engineering project,aimed at resolving conflict in engineering construction,in order to realize the scientific and effective project management.This article will combine 272 provincial road of Xuzhou to Peixian county of the specific conditions of the bid section of bridge engineering on the theory of project management to study,first introduced the research status at home and abroad,and the progress of the projects management,the structure of the WBS decomposition,GPRs network are briefly expounded the concept of the plan.Secondly introduced the 272 provincial road of Xuzhou to Peixian county bid section of bridge engineering survey,including project background,the construction project organization,project construction process,the key for the construction of the project plan,using the WBS method to decompose the project structure,graph and map the network project,the key to the network diagram of the lap joint network optimization and control,shorten time limit for a project to improve the efficiency.The guarantee measures are put forward for the implementation of the project schedule,including risk prevention measures,time limit for a project quality assurance measures,safety management guarantee measures and materials and documents management,etc.
