Water conservancy is the foundation of the national economy.Sluice is a significant part of water conservancy project and is a crucial guarantee of sustainable economy and social development.Sluice play important roles in industrial and agricultural production,water supply,flood control,preventing tide,storm drainage,shipping and rational utilization of water resource.However,in the process of operation and use,all parts of sluice appeared damaged and senescent due to the long-term impact of force majeure.It seriously affects the engineering effectiveness and threatens life and property of people downstream and restricts the development of national economy.So it is necessary to conduct the sluice service performance method research.This article main research content is as follows:(1)The impact of concrete durability of sluices is studied,including the carbonation and carbide prediction,the influence of marine corrosion on the concrete and the influence of cracking concrete;(2)Improved fuzzy AHP,the only reference method and the method of modified maximizing deviations are put forward.Comprehensive risk calculation model of sluice which based on the fault tree method are studied.The corresponding index of accident probability is computed and the sluice project risk level is determined.(3)The construction quality assurance methods are analyzed including the construction quality of concrete,steel structure construction quality.The improved fuzzy analytic hierarchy process and multistage sluice construction quality evaluation construction quality fuzzy evaluation method are put forward,and the construction quality evaluation on the reinforcement engineering of a sluice in Jiangsu province are evaluated.(4)The sluice service performance improvement measures are analyzed and the applicability of the sluice promotion measures are studied.Order relation method and the method of variation coefficient are used to carry out the subjective and objective empowerment and the game theory is used to incorporate the two methods.It can get more accurate weight.The extension principle is used to evaluate the various promotion measures and the the most suitable measures can be concluded for the sluice reinforcement scheme.The fault tree method is used to conduct the risk assessment of the reinforce sluice.Then the risk ratio of reinforced sluice can be used to compared to the risk ratio of unreinforced sluice and the most suitable service performance of lifting scheme of the service sluice can be concluded.(5)The decision-making system for the healthy service of sluice projects with Visual Basic is developed on the basis of object-oriented program design.A set of convenient software with friendly,simple-to-use interface is built and it provided a feasible calculation tool for the risk assessment of the sluice.
